Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus processing fee of ₹500.

2. Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellations made 7-14 days before arrival: 25% of total amount will be refunded.

4. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: No refund will be provided.

5. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Payment Terms:

1. 30% advance for booking confirmation

2. 50% before 10 days of travel

3. 20% on arrival at destination

Mode: UPI/NEFT/IMPS/Online Transfer

GST Policy: 5% GST applicable on the total package cost (as per Indian tax rules)

General Terms:

1. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

5. The hotel reserves the right to charge a security deposit at check-in which will be refunded at check-out after deducting any incidental charges.

6. Pets are not allowed unless specified as pet-friendly accommodation.

7. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

8. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest's personal belongings.

9. Any damages to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.

10. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
